How long have you been in business?
Shammah Prayer Ministries International (SPMI) has been in organized service to the kingdom of Jesus Christ and the city of Corpus Christi for just over eight years as of December 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a Christian prayer ministry that serves in any way the Lord may direct us to undergird the work of the kingdom in this area and in other parts of the world.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It is a calling from the Lord and a service to Him. It is how He created me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As far as I know we are the only ministry of this kind south of San Antonio. The manfificent thing about ministry in the kingdom of God is that you are not necessarily looking to differentiate yourself; rathter we seek to understand our unity in Christ as we learn what it means to be not just the family of God, but truly part of the one body of Christ, for which our homebase city is named.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept donations of all kinds to further the work that we do. Checks made out to SPMI or NDP South Texas can be mailed to our PO Box 71676, Corpus Christi, Texas 78467. Donations can also be made online through our websites.
Which areas do you service?
In service to the National Day of Prayer we serve about 30 South Texas counties south of San Antonio. As part of the Texas Apostolic Prayer Network we serve 16 counties in Texas some of which overlap with NDP counties. In the general ministry of Shammah Prayer Ministries we serve anywhere the Lord has us go either to pray, minister in the Word, or whatever other capacity He may have for us. This includes travel to other parts of Texas, the United States and Africa. We also support missions work in Venezuela.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
It is a 501 (c)(3) NPO
